Our product portfolio covers multi-scenario acoustic devices, including TV hearing speakers and earphones specially designed for the elderly, under-pillow bone conduction sleep speakers, ergonomic sleep earbuds, open-ear OWS wireless earbuds, and hybrid active noise cancellation TWS earphones. Currently, we prioritize the R&D of smart anti-loss Tags that meet Apple MFi certification standards, which are applicable to various scenarios such as outdoor trips, hearing assistance for seniors, home sleep aid, sports commuting and business office use.
We have established a standardized full-process operation and control system, and obtained three authoritative certifications: ISO9001 Quality Management System, and BSCI Social Compliance System. All audio products can pass a full range of international compliance certifications including FCC, CE, RoHS, REACH, KC, PSE and TELEC. Our quality control standards are benchmarked against world-leading consumer electronics brands. We are now applying for official Apple MFi authorization. Our self-developed Tag trackers are fully compatible with the native Find My app on iPhone, iPad and other Apple devices, supporting fast pairing and long-term accurate positioning.
The company owns a 1,100-square-meter standardized production plant, equipped with complete finished product assembly and whole-machine aging test lines, as well as an independent Bluetooth shielding test laboratory. Our R&D team consists of 7 full-time engineers specializing in hardware, mold, structural design and electronic development, who launch multiple new product solutions every year. All finished products undergo 100% comprehensive inspection before delivery: the RF procedure fully verifies Bluetooth transmission distance, output power, frequency range and device pairing information, with all test data automatically saved in Excel files to realize full-chain quality traceability. For earphone products, additional specialized tests are carried out including ANC burn-in durability, noise reduction performance and left-right channel noise reduction balance. We also inspect core acoustic indicators such as frequency response curve, distortion, microphone parameters and THD total harmonic distortion to guarantee consistent and stable product performance from multiple dimensions. The monthly comprehensive production capacity of the plant reaches 20,000 units of mid-to-high-end audio and smart accessories, and flexible production lines can efficiently fulfill mass overseas orders.

Quality Control
Strict Quality Control System At Rising , we run a full-process standardized QC system equipped with certified inspectors and professional testing equipment to control quality from raw material to finished goods, especially for bulk nursing home audio & senior TV listening device orders. 1. Incoming QC: Full inspection on all incoming raw materials and semi-finished components before production. 2. Cable Durability Test: 3kg tension pull test + 5,000 times bending cycle test for audio cords; over 6,000 plug-in endurance test for Micro USB & 3.5mm AUX ports; 72-hour continuous lifespan aging test for copper-clad aluminum voice coils. 3. Metal Component Test: 48-hour salt spray corrosion resistance testing for all metal spare parts. 4. Surface & Structure Test: Wear abrasion test for structural accessories plus 100 rounds of alcohol wiping test on all screen-print product surfaces. 5. In-process IPQC: On-site inspectors audit production lines & workstations every 2 hours following official SIP standards to eliminate defective items during assembly. 6. Pre-shipment Final Inspection: Random sampling test before packaging & delivery, including drop impact test, vibration test and 48-hour high-low temperature cycling aging test.
